At Tsavo don’t be surprised to come upon “the big five” – lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhino. The famous Tsavo lions are known throughout Africa. During your 2 very full days of game drives you may also see cheetah, African wildcat, giraffe, impala, jackal, zebra, monkey and hundreds of species of birds.
Anamic Adventures will pick you up at your Diani Beach resort for a scenic drive to the park. After a fast 2 ½ hour trip you’ll arrive at the gate of Tsavo East to begin your safari adventure!
Mudanda Rock

Aruba Dam
This man-made dam was built in 1952 on the Voi River. The dam’s reservoir attracts a multitude of animals and birds. There are over 500 species of birdlife in Tsavo Park.
Day Two
You’ll arise early from your safari lodge or tented camp in time to experience the sunrise and awakenings of wildlife. Then we’ll head out on a dawn game drive, later to return for a robust safari breakfast. The day will be an exploration of animal sightings and discoveries throughout the park. And then you’ll enjoy lunch at an open, rustic restaurant complete with vistas of the park’s broad plains.
After a final game drive, we’ll whisk you back to your resort at Diani Beach.
All-Inclusive. Your 2-Day Tsavo East safari includes all ground transportation, accommodation in a choice of economy, comfort or luxury safari lodges/tented camps, park entrance fees, game drives, all meals and pickup/drop off at your Diani/Tiwi and south coast locations.
However… please know that whatever level of accommodation you choose, your actual safari adventure with us will always be at our highest standards.
Transportation between parks and game viewing will be in a private 4 x 4 Land Cruiser Jeep – this vehicle is the safari standard with its higher seating and rugged all-wheel drive.

Overview
Day 1:
Depart from Diani or Mombasa early in the morning to ensure a full day at Tsavo East National Park. Enjoy a scenic drive, with potential wildlife sightings en route. Arrive at the park and embark on a game drive, exploring the diverse landscapes and encountering iconic species like elephants, lions, and giraffes. After a rewarding day, check into your chosen accommodation within or near the park, surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness.
Day 2:
Rise early for a sunrise game drive, maximizing your chances of spotting elusive predators and witnessing the park’s vibrant morning activity. Later, visit the Mudanda Rock or Aruba Dam for more wildlife encounters and stunning scenery. Break for lunch at a designated picnic spot within the park. In the afternoon, explore additional areas of Tsavo East, perhaps the famous Galana River. Depart from the park in the late afternoon, concluding your memorable 2-day safari back in Diani or Mombasa.
